R72 Return Policy
R72 customers may exchange or return R72 products within 30 days after it is received, for any reason WITH proof of purchase, packaging and hang tags intact, and all items included. The reasons for your return will not affect the acceptance of your return.
*For U.S. customers, there is a $45 return shipping and handling fee for all orders that will be deducted from your refund at the time the shipment is returned. For International customers, the return shipping and handling fee depends on your country.
U.S. Soft Goods Lifetime Warranty:
R72’s reputation is on the line everyday we ship our high-quality products for emergencies and adventures. R72’s soft goods are covered by a lifetime guarantee. Should one of our soft goods fail during normal use due to defect in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it free-of-charge. R72 hard goods are covered by a limited one-year guarantee. Our guarantee does not apply to accidental damage, misuse, mishandling, or alteration. R72, LLC (Seller) offers its products with the terms, conditions, and notices as follows:
Terms of Use
This product is offered to you (Purchaser) conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices obtained. Keeping, using, or allowing use of Seller’s products indicates Purchaser’s agreement to these terms. If Purchaser does not wish to agree to these terms, Purchaser has ten (10) days from the date of purchase to contact the seller to discuss options for the return of the unused product.
Exclusive Obligation
This product may not be used for unlawful purposes and that use is expressly prohibited under the terms and conditions of its use.
Use Limitation
You may not modify, copy or reproduce this product. This product is designed to facilitate preparation of emergencies and adventures and should not be used beyond the intent of its design.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
R72, LLC reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which their products are offered.
High Risk Activity
Product(s) sold by Seller include equipment used to prepare for emergencies and adventures. Participation in these activities is associated with a high level of risk and is beyond the Seller's control. Risks include, but are not limited to, serious physical injury, disability and/or death. Purchaser engages in activities at Purchaser’s own risk. The R72 GRAB&GO VEST is not a substitute for appropriate medical attention.
One Year Limited Warranty
This product is warranted against any defective material or workmanship for a period of twelve months from date of shipment. Any product determined by the manufacturer to be defective will be replaced in whole or part as determined by the manufacturer, but no labor costs or other claims for damages will be allowed. Products shall not be returned to R72, LLC without prior written authorization.
Other Statements
R72, LLC employees or representatives, ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS, DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by the buyer, and is not part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.
Limitation of Liability
As set forth above, under the limited warranty provisions, Seller liability is limited to repair or replacement of its products which are returned to it in the specified period of time. In no event shall Seller liability exceed the value of the product(s) sold. In no event shall Seller be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any of its products.
Entire Obligation
The TERM OF USE, WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER document states the entire obligation of R72, LLC with respect to the products. If any part of this disclaimer is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, including, but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Assumption of Risk
By buying, using, or allowing the use of Seller’s products, Purchaser understands and agrees that Purchaser is or may be engaging in high risk activities and, to the extent permitted by law, PURCHASER EXPRESSLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES THE RISK OF DEATH OR OTHER PERSONAL INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF Seller; including, but not limited to, equipment malfunction from use, misuse, or negligence, or any other fault of Seller. Additionally, Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Seller harmless from any third-party claims arising from such high-risk activities or any other equipment use, misuse, or malfunction.
Inspect Before Each Use
This product must be inspected for use to ensure it has not been damaged in shipment. If damaged, do not use the product and immediately return the product to Seller for a replacement.
Applicable Law
Purchaser’s order from Seller and this disclaimer statement are governed by the laws of the state of Utah, USA. Purchaser hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Utah Supreme Court, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this product. Use of this product is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.
